Sloppy Joes, so all they have to do is heat up the meat and put on the bun. Also taco meat so they can heat it up and fix the tacos at the table. Chicken pot pie also freezes well. Pulled pork or bar-b-que beef. What a nice thing to do for your daughter! I know she really appreciates it and the boys love it even more:>

This is not a freezer recipe but a FAST, QUICK, and delicious dinner that your daughter can throw in the crock pot before she leaves for work and it will be done when she gets home. She will only have to make noodles or rice to put the Beef Tips over.

    BEEF TIPS
    4 # stew meat
3 small cans mushrooms--do not drain
2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp soy sauce

Throw everything in the crock pot and cook on low all day. (Don't even have to brown the meat.)
Her boys could throw in baby carrots or some broccoli when they came home from school.
    Serve over rice or noodles....YUM!!!
