I love string quilts, I've made several and will make several more. It's such an easy way to use up leftovers from other projects and it's a no brainer type of activity. Your color controlled star quilt is fabulous, I love it! I saw a rainbow string quilt with the colors grouped that really appealed to me. I may do one like that.

Beautiful quilt. I like the string quilts with black around them. I have not made a string quilt but, who knows? I might.

I love doing string quilts and yours is a great one. I agree with dhanke, it is a no brainer activity. I have a stack of 6 1/2" string blocks that I was thinking of using in a nap size. I like this idea better! Make stars and use up that WIP!

I never made a string quilt, I'm afraid if I do I'll wish I had them for a different project. How silly is that?!

I really like your red wonky string stars. I definitely have some string quilts on my bucket list.
