    I helped my sister sew a t-shirt quilt, it was suppose to be a throw, turned out way bigger. The LAQuilter used Minky on the back......it is heavy....cuddly and warm. : )

    I did this on a t-shirt quilt for my niece. It worked well. I put it into my longarm, and had no problem. You just have to watch how it stretches when putting it into the frames. I was apprehensive at first, but had no problem, and she loved the quilt. She lives in NY where it is cold, and uses it alot.

    Thanks to everyone who responded. I guess I need to think about it a little more. It is usually not real, real, cold here in the winter. But when the north wind blows it can get pretty nippy. I may just use flannel on it. Thanks!!!
