I'll help yo cheer QNS ... when I get home and post my log block I'll include another snap of the three of them together (even though mine will remain separate as they will be place mats).

I am downloading the patterns, can't wait till I have time to work on them. Mom is going in for surgery soon so my time is wrapped around her right now. I am loving all the ones done so far. They all are beautiful.

The #3 blocks shown so far are wonderful! I thought the cutting instructions were on this thread, could someone tell me where they are. Well, I am officially behind. Doesn't really bother me.
I am now waiting for my black batting to come in, my son's wedding quilt is ready to be quilted.

Anael, Frustratedquilter and Juanita Bean...Great blocks. Here's mine... I wish the colors were more true. It's hard to distinguish the different reds and blacks in this block.

First two are posted together, then three and four together. Just look in the BOM section for the pattern broken down by paper piecing squares to use as suggested by Mirabelle. Original patterns are on the site, www.Quiltingonthesquare.com and are free to download. They are paper pieced. You can tell from the beauties posted here how lovely they are when they finished.,,,your way.

Three cheers for all those who have posted their beauties.
