I really like that, and you should create a pattern for it (hint, hint). It's a beautiful quilt and I know your friend will cherish it. I too, am going thru chemo and I would love a quilt like that. So, will be pm'ing you.

So happy your friend has had her last chemo treatment. And yes each day is a time to celebrate. The quilt is beautiful absolutely stunning IMHO and love the back also. It's symbolizes why things happen and the strength in us all. Prayers from the gulf for your friends continued celebration of life and recovery.

If this is your original pattern, you truly should make a pattern and submit it to the quilt mags/websites exc. to resell it or even post it for sale at ebay and etsy. It is gorgeous, happy, whimsical, charming and just an all around pick me up quilt. You did a great job. The pattern and the colors make this an vibrant, pickme up kinda quilt. If it isn't someone elses pattern, I truly believe you have come up with a pattern that would be exstreamly popular.

wow, that's a really cool heart! And yay for your friend's last day of chemo, my dad went through chemo and it was pretty rough. I'm sure she'll find comfort in cuddling with your quilt during her recovery and treasure it that much more!
