I don't have daughters, but 2 sons. They love it that I'm sewing and buying stuff. One even brought me an old sewing machine from an estate sale. They replace electric cords for me. BUT, if they said something I would probably have a fit, and they don't want to see THAT! LOL. Besides that, I cook their lunch every day.ha.

I have boys. When they see my fabric stash their eyes just get very big but they don't say anything.

Was there a question there? If so, I didn't notice it.

One never has too much fabric. Where are you going to find just a little piece of fabric at 10PM? Could you go there in your PJ's? Too much fabric, I should say not!

Tell her it is not a disease, it is a sheer pleasure buying fabric so indulge mom and let her be happy! Tell her you are doing your fair share for helping the economy - that's what I tell my dear hubby!

My grandsons all love quilts. They have always had at least one to snuggle with. If they saw a big batch of fabric at a garage sale they would call me. Love those big spoiled men!

My DDs may be here when a fabric or thread package arrives but they never say anything other then it's pretty or ask what am I making with it. I can't imagine them saying I have enough or too much or why I would need more.

I have 1 daughter who is a quilter and she loves to fondle and so do her kids.My other daughter has not been here for a long time-yrs-and her jaw dropped when she saw my stash.she thinks I am crazy but her 6 yr old daughter was fondling and picking combos for quilts while she was out and about, lol.
