    Thanks everyone, Tartan thanks for the advice about the pins....never would have thought about separating the shafts from the heads! Makes perfect logical sense to do it that way. I'll remember for next time!!!

    Beautiful fabric selection! I made a chevron quilt in coral-pink shade and finding the correct balance was not that easy. I admire your work, great job!
