    Just wondered if you thought of using Thangles. The pressing is not an issue because the paper keeps them stable and you make a lot of them at a time. Just thought I'd put it out there.

    Yes, half the square would make 4 HSTs. That was a very good chart to follow. Thanks, Kitsie

    I showed a beginner the 4 and 8 at a time methods. I learnt the lesson that I should have starched and checked her 1/4" seams. The 8 came out very wonky.
    doing the same with experienced sewers no problem, just a warning.
