I have this one on my bucket list. It is very similar. I think it might work with a slight modification.

Couldn't find a name but it reminds me of the Big Block patterns.
Would also be easy enough to make.
    Just cut 10 1/2" x 4 1/2" rectangles and 2 - 4 1/2" squares and join with 2 1/2" sashings.
Alternate these blocks with a 10 1/2" square block

Thank you dottie dodge for the pattern. There are four different blocks in the Andover quilt and two are just like my linked pattern so I can make just those two and it will work. Great.

I had the same idea if I couldn't find a pattern except change the sizes of the blocks a bit.
    Thanks

You can draw it on graph paper if you don't know how to use EQ.
I would start with a 8 or 9 or 10" square for the big one. The triangle
width plus side of the square plus sashing should total the big square.
    Hope this helps.

    Forgot to insert the link.

Is the "triangle" actually the backing, it's just how it's folded??

This is a layout I did in EQ7.

    8 inch blocks

    1 block is solid fabric 8 x 8 in (cut 8-1/2 x 8-1/2 in)
    1 block made up of 2 3-1/2 x 3-1/2 in blocks (cut 4 x 4 in), 1 8 x 1 in rectangle (cut 8-1/2 x 1-1/2 in), 1 3-1/2 x 1 in (cut 4 x 1-1/2 in) rectangle

All the blocks sashed by a 1 in (cut 1-1/2 in) sashing.

Size of blocks can be larger or smaller depending on your fabrics.

Oh my gosh Fastpedal that is perfect!!! Thank you so much. Was it hard to design in EQ7? How do you know how to begin to design this? Can it be done in EQ6?
    Thanks again.

In all honesty, it looks pretty darned straightforward to me. Most likely based on a layer cake (10" squares) - - use some as 10" squares, cut some in half 5" x 10" and cut some in fourths 5" x 5". In the Patio pattern, it looks like the designer cut some 2 1/2" squares as well. You can make the sashing any size you like. The 'Frosted Christmas' sashing looks a tad more narrow but it's entirely up to you.

I agree with the other post - get some graph paper and draft it out.
