Thank you for sharing your tips for success. I think your quilt looks very nice. I quilt on my DSM and know that planning ahead and organization are important. I have liked the methods used by Cindy Needham.

Well done! I think Westalee has a Baptist Fan ruler for the ruler foot but your method is less expensive.

You've done a fantastic job!

Westalee does a ruler foot called Circles on Quilts to do this with, but I don't think it would have produced much better results than what you have done yourself. Looks great.

Yes! I found this great tone on tone cream sheet at the thrift store a couple years ago and figured it had aged perfectly for this quilt. I don't bother cutting off the edges if I know my quilt will fit inside it

Thanks for the encouragement, everyone! It's really not as hard as I thought it would be. I thought I'd try it out on a quilt that was 80 inches in length so that if I wanted to attempt it on a Swoon quilt later, I'd know what it was like. So many quilts to make, so little time...

Your quilt looks great and you are very clever to have devised this method. Thanks for sharing it.

Have you tried the rulers for it, might be a good investment since you like the pattern. Westley makes a nice one
