I use Pay Pal all the time. There is an edit button to change your shipping address. I have two houses for 11 years and ordered from both by doing this.

My hubby had a similar problem. It seems that the address that the credit card bill is sent to is also the address for shipping.For our seasonal home in US, he had to go thru customer service to allow the change before making purchases.
