    I can understand about Minnesota winters: it's why we decided not to move back there...Love the golden yellow fabric choice and what you did with the leaf on this cute little project!

    So much to like about this. The bright happy colors, the cute subject matter and your wonderful quilting. I am intrigued by the blue thread you used on the flower petals as I see little sparkles here and there. Is it a metalic or just a very shiney poly?
