Default Featherweight

The Featherweight is in really good condition except for a chip on the light. Should be an easy fix, I've ordered paint. The case is in nice shape and doesn't stink. She has her original manual and all her attachments, except for the hemmer foot. I want to double check the motor, clean out the lint and oil her then I can put her through her paces. After I fix the chip, I can wax her up. She already looks beautiful, after a polish she will be spectacular.

Here she is, I've named her Emma.

Isn't it fun when you fall into a good deal. Nice machine. I too scan CL deals for entertainment, and my area too has sewing machines from the barn or attic at ridiculous prices, but just like you found, a good deal comes along from time to time. Yeah for you.
