    I recall the bibs that were so easy to use. They were made from hand towels that had stretchy ribbed fabric around the hole that slipped over baby's head. They were embroidered on the part that "caught the mess". Loved those....

    My DD's 3rd baby was born late March. I made a baby quilt which I call the Crocodile Quilt. It was very fiddly (for me) but in the end I loved it. I had taught the 2 older kids (5 & 3) the little rhyming saying "see you later alligator; in a while crocodile". So, as a little inside-family joke, I used the embroidery function on my sewing machine and stitched the saying in the bottom right corner of the quilt. My DD loved the quilt.
