Love the block. My fabric arrived today so I hope to get started this weekend.

    Default Paperless Paper Piecing

Will anyone be using the Paperless Paper Piecing method while making their medallion and other blocks? Craftsy has a class called "Pain-Free Foundation PiecingPaperless Paper Piecing:Cutting the Fabric Cristy Fincher". I like how you put the block together before starting to sew. That way you can make any changes first and not have to pick out stitches.

I have seen something about that. Looks like it may take some time to learn how to do that method. I was considering freezer paper method although I don't have a lot of experience with that.

This Connecting Threads video is the one I used when I learned to do paper piecing. Maybe it will help someone else. I use newsprint to print out my patterns. It has gone through any of my printers just fine. It can be purchased by the ream at the link below (Blick) or you can cut down Dollar stores kids scribble pads.
