    Nanaimo Bars keep well and freeze well.
    You might try eating them frozen - they're good that way, too :twisted:

    Use the pudding mix or custard powder in powder form.

    Freezing Nanaimo Bars???? Do you mean you have some left over to freeze??? My MIL made these and there would never be any leftovers. No family BBQ was complete without someone's homemade bars. Accept no imitations!
