Love the quilt! Now you need another commission to help replace, the Janome, tripod, and camera.

Better luck touching thing! If it's any consolation my old, rowenta iron started dripping a few days ago. I noticed but didn't think it was anything too important. I just assumed it had stopped when I stopped using the iron. Note to self, don't put leaking iron down and leave it. It dripped down the shelf through the subfloor above and now we have two "leaks" in the livingroom ceiling that I'm going to have to prime and paint. Hubby wasn't too pleased with me.

You know, its really is true - "Sometimes you're the windshield, sometimes you're the bug!" Soon, you will again be the windshield!

Holly, I'm so sorry for all the problems you're having...as someone else said, at this point the only way to go now is UP...things have to get better for you. Your quilt IS LOVELY!

If it makes you feel any better, you aren't the only one who is experiencing problems. Last week my computer crashed...got it fixed but ALL MY FILES, ABOUT 4000 PICTURES, THE SPREADSHEET FOR DONATIONS FOR THE ANIMAL RESCUE i VOLUNTEER WITH ARE ALL GONE! I'm taking the "brain" in tomorrow to see if there is anything that is salvagable on the harddrive...it's doubtful, I'm told but I'm going to try to recover some of it. YES! I did have most of my pictures saved on CD's but there are still LOTS that I hadn't yet burned onto the CD so I'm sick....dumb me, I didn't get the spreadsheet saved to the CD so I'll have to re-construct all of that. :x

So let us know how the auction goes! With all your misfortunes, it should raise lots!

Holly I am so sorry things keep happening to you like this. I hope that it stops and gets better now.

But, I just love the idea of using the silhouettes of the chidren for the auction quilt. So cute! You have done a wonderful job on it.
