I agree with tenmom. It sounds both easy and delicious. That's a winning combination. I will try it with peaches and then probably cherry the second time

Saw the notice about blackberry cobblrs. Why do they want cell phone numbers. Mine is turned off 99% of the time and I don't do texting.

my daughter gave me this one.

put fruit (anykind) in bottom of 8" square pan. Just cover the bottom.

mix 1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1/4 tsp salt

will be crumbly pour over fruit.
melt 1 cube butter and drizzle over mixture\

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

if you use apples put some cinnamon on it.
takes minutes to make and is great...

#1. Heat oven to 350. Melt butter or margarine in deep dish,
if possible.
#2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder with milk. Expect a thin batter.
#3. Pour pie filling or fruit into melted butter.
#4. Add flour mixture in center, without stirring. If desired, sprinkle cinnamon & sugar on top before baking. Bake 30-40 min. until crust is done.
Enjoy!!!
I use this as well. The only difference is that I use selfrising flour instead leaving out baking powder, I also add one egg. I pour my batter in the butter first. Then spoon in the fruit. I love this with fresh peaches.

It sounds good and I love cobbler. I'm diabetic but I can have a little bit of it when I make it. I've copied and pasted the recipe so I can have it on hand. Sounds kind of like the humongous peach cobbler (made in a roaster oven) my sister made for my daughter's wedding reception...it went over as well as the wedding cake and groom's cake!

i put about 2 cups of bisquik on my mixer with about 1/2 cup of sugar, and mix, then start adding milk slowly till you have crumbly balls then sprinkle balls over your filling mix and bake till brown. less fat, taste good, and fast.
