I too am amazed at th service from Keepsake Quilting. I put in my first order and hadn't heard anything so phoned to confirm that they had recieved my money order. Not only did they recieve it but had already sent out part of my order with the rest to follow at no extra mailing charges. The surprise??? My math was wrong..I owe them money...I told the nice lady that I would get it in the mail ASAP and she said no...to put it in on my next order....now how trusting is that!!! They will get my buisness for sure.....

I like Keepsake too. I've ordered from them a few times and wondered if they still gift wrapped your order for free. I know at the store they tied your bag with a strip of fabric. Haven't been there in awhile and will keep a trip there in mind for this summer. May in Jersey

I love ordering from Keepsake. They nearly always add a free fat quarter to my order.

I ordered from them about 3 weeks ago. My kit was on Back order and expected late Feb. Yesterday I got another message. It was a listing of all the backorders with what was missing, when expected and why the delay. I've always had great service from them. In store is just as nice. They are so helpful and yet leave you alone to look and make decisions. I love the table for stacking fabrics with bean bag on top. Too many times I've had to go back and look for something that had been put away too soon!

I love going to Keepsake Quilting. I go a couple of times a year. Have to make a day of it. My heart is all in a flutter when I get near the place. I try to go on a sunny day, as hubby sits outside on the porch and reads or chat with other husband. I get lost in there. If they have a sale, and they are all out of what you need or want they will mail it to you at no charge for mailing.

I will be going soon, but need to wait for better weather here in northeast...Soon I hope

I buy from Nancys Notions a lot. Not fabric though. Just notions. they stick in a free needle with every order. I'd rather have a fat quarter. The only time I order fabric by mail is special cuts like jelly rolls and layer cakes. I have to look at it and feel it before I buy it.

I have order many times from Keepsake and particapated in their challeges and have been very happy with their service. One Christmas my husband ordered 100 fat quarter pkgs and gave him excellent advise so I was happy with all my fabrics.
