I have been working on Christmas gifts. I'm happy that I have my diabetes under control and I'm looking forwards.

I got a call that they can't do an interview for the Allignance for the American Quilt in Virginia on Thursday. So I don't have to leave home until Thursday. A day longer to get ready for my classes there.

Today is a beautiful day-fall is coming and my BFF is coming to visit.

I went to the local sewing machine shop and splurged on a new Baby Lock. My Singer was just not cutting it-and it wasn't just 'operator' trouble

Now I have to get it out of the box and set it up and figure it out-That is almost as scary as buying the thing!!

I was able to spend time with 2 of my kids today. My daughter is remodleing her home and doing the work themselves . My son and I went over there today and we taped and mudded the seams in the sheetrock for them. Was wonderfull to help out . and spend time with some of my kids

Just heard from the vet that our sweet Schnauzer, McGee, came through surgery just fine! Can't wait to get my hands on him tomorrow!
