Tru, Put me in for March. I know the thingy said 8am but I think I told you on the February poster that I would still be in for March. Everybody will want to know how much of what I lost will come back to visit me. lol

I started the no soda yesterday morning. Made it 27 hours with no soda, then I fell off the wagon... but I'm back on. I now have been without soda for 6 hours and counting... :roll:

I did very well. Ate great yesterday until I met with the quilt group....then it was a carbohydrate feast...brownies and banana bread! But, I have not had any soda since Monday.....need to keep drinking my water...that is the most important change for me.

Donna 8am is really for the newbies so that they weigh themself. The oldies weigh themself the end of the month so if they can't find us or sign up ASAP that's OK. Does that make sense?
