MJ don't know you.. but way to go girl!!!! sounds like you are doing wonderfully..... may I ask what type of diet you are on??.. I have to watch sodium, which is very hard, so just trying to eat lots of fruits & vegtables but makes it even harder when you have to cook for two other people that want meat... well I lost 20 & gained it back so now is a good time to really start back on watching what I am eating.. have stayed off the soda mostly, lots of water... might ck out those other sites to see if they work for me..

So sorry guys for being MIA. I have been consumed with this diet/exercise thing I have to do. I have to lose thirty pounds before March 31. It is extreme but it is what the surgeon is requiring of me. *sigh*

I am on a full liquid diet now and I am supplementing my diet with bottles of water.

The shakes taste great and I am having one every 4 hours.

This is not a diet for the faint at heart because it is so extreme but it is what is necessary to shrink my liver and get me under 400 pounds.

I am under ALOT of medical supervision so you can rest knowing I am not going half-cocked on some weird diet because I am not.

I am going to go weigh in again on Friday to see how this is working.

I am taking a yoga/exercise class twice a week and doing my sittercise dvd twice to three times a day. So, God willing, I will lose the 30 pounds so I can have the surgery.

I promise I will keep you guys more updated on how things are going. I sure do miss you guys!

    Missy

    Congratulations!!!!!!!!
I'm so happy for you. I do not have any desire at all for sex!!!! I don't know if it is because I don't feel sexy or just what. My weight is uncomfortable but that didn't encourage me to want to lose weight. My husband and I are getting back together after a long separation, it will still be awhile before we can live under the same roof. Due to finances and current living situations for both of us. He knows that I'm NEVER in the mood but he says it's not a problem, But I know that it is!

I now have at least two goals:
    A. To be able to wear my wedding band, which doesn't fit!
    B. Wear new clothes bought a couple of years ago that I never got the chance to wear.
