Beautiful Gigi. It looks so different with the dark background. I wish you lots of luck on the quilting. It is going to be beautiful. Your blocks are bright bursts of color.

Gi - I really enjoyed seeing your blocks. Like the others have said, the darker background color really makes your blocks pop - great choice! All those familiar blocks, just with a different look. I really enjoy seeing the variety in SBS quilts. It will be fun to see yours come together. Please keep posting pictures.

I was happy to realize I had miscounted, have only 11 more to go. Whoo-hoo - almost in the single digits!

Yeahhh DonnaPea!!! Hang in there, you're almost finished!!! Sometimes, when I see blocks, I think......oh really, that one is a Sylvia block? Totally forgot which ones....hahaha!
Well done, I found the basket one a pain......had to redo that one because nothing fitted!

Way to go Donna! I've still not got mine bound. Got distracted with the Row by Row, and now I have to get the others bound so they are ready to go to new homes on Aug 11th. I'm not giving up my Sylvia at this point, so it's at the end of the line for binding.

Gigi.....your SBS is going to be really unique. To me, it looks like an art quilt with the dark background and bright colors. Good luck assembling.

Donna....oh goodness...I remember when I only had 11 to go. Feels awesome! These blocks all turned out really pretty. I'm swooning over your dot collection in these blocks...Your Mariners star is gorgeous.....and love the baskets..

You both are staying focused with this project. Good for you!
