I am 44.

Are the quilting men included? That gets rid of his theory when I say that 4 of my quilting friends are guys and they are in their 30s except for one who is 48. I was 30 when I started quilting - 61 n0w.

I'm 56 now, but started quilting when I was about 8 years old. Just 'cause I'm "older" now, doesn't mean I have always been!
And I can speak for 3 "younger" quilters who are part of our little informal quilting group. The youngest is 8, the middle one is 12, and the oldest is in her mid-twenties.
