This is my first block for PBadder. PB this was my first attempt to throw away the training wheels (Thangles) and go flying solo. My half square triangles (cut at 3 - 7/8 inches) came out great...a little squaring up to be sure. Onto the machine and darn if the block didn't end up 12 1/2 x 12 3/8. I am willing to give it another go, however I will need more fabric. Let me know what you think.

WOW!!!! The blocks are coming out soooooo sew cool!! I love them all. What a great idea that wicker fabric is for the flower basket blocks!! The blocks made for me so far are just wonderful! Thank you all. I put postage $$ in the mail and it should arrive shortly! I forgot to put it in with my fabric.. EEEKK!! Anyway, I can't wait to get started. Just returned home Wed evening and playing catch up at home and work so hopefully I will find time to sew this weekend. Suffering from Quilting withdrawl!! LOL Also, got this "thing" going on where I feel the NEED to organize. Sorted through a thousand or so magazines last night. OYE!!

Difergie, I'm doing that too on another thread... I opened it and it looked interesting to see the progress on the medallion quilts, then I turned to the first page, read all the history from start to date, sat there and read it for more than a hour! It was more fun than reading a novel. :-))) And you know how one thing leads to another online, I looked at patterns, and Youtubes, and started thinking about a new project incorporating ideas and suggestions from the thread...
