What a wonderful story. I love those shirts. Now I have to read the rest of this thread to see if you posted the patterna and where we can find it. She looked so happy. And you were great for helping her. YOu are truley a quilter.

Love the quilt and love her smile! I've never seen that pattern--looks tricky! Perfect for old shirts though.
