unfortunately the rental laws in MO favor the lessor not the lessee. but the repairman just brought me by a 5000 btu floor unit just now. yippee!!!!!!! i have about 1075 sf to cool so at least one room will be cool enough to finish packing in.

I am doing my homework on my sp and getting a list of goodies together to put in her box. But here is a hint..... she used to live in a neighboring state to mine but I'm afraid now it would be quite a road trip.

SP just got back from shopping for you (oh what fun ...) hint, hint. Found lots of cute stuff. Got the thing you wanted the most... fabric, not much of a hint huh.
Prayers to all of those that have been added since this morning. Add my DH to that list he went to the ER who sent him to the eye doc. and he has to go back every 3-4 wks to check his eye they are watching him for a detached retna. Don't really know what you do to prevent it from happening. Just praying and claiming healing! Got to run and clean up the house alittle, close the sewing room door (LOL) having our church Life Group over, but at least I don't cook until next week. Will stop by again this evening everyone have a great afternoon!

I always use the cotton it is better and holds up longer than an acrylic yarn and as someone also stated it is very absorbant.

My SP is in another country, so this will be fun to find some things for her. After doing alot of reading on this thread found so many fellow quilters who need prayers and hugs. Hope things start going better for everyone. Take care.
