As of right now we have 91 weight loss enthusiasts(sp?) ready to start off the new year with a weight loss bang.

There is only 2 that have not specified if they are going to join us or not. I could have just missed the post.
Just say so and I will add you to the list.
    grandma janico
    sewbizgirl

I will post the list in a couple of days with everyones names.

There is still time to join!!

Look forward to the encouragement from you all here. I am also planning to do the weight loss quilt, I'm going to work on my FWS that I started last summer and only made a few blocks for before getting sidetrack. Maybe that way I can work on 2 goals at the same time. The weight and a UFO.

Life happens, doesn't it? My FWS has about 15 blocks done & then we decided to put the house up for sale. Quilting completely stopped as we remodeled for that. No one has even looked at the house but it looks good for us anyway  Let's keep each other going! I really want to finish that quilt...hmmmmm, maybe it will be my lose a pound/sew a block quilt.

Well now I know I have really been out of touch this week, I lost my regular status. I do hope the chaos my life has become will calm down some with the new year. I don't usually make resolutions, but this year my plan is to strive for less. Less clutter, less stress, less chaos, less spending, and of course less weight.

try the figure 8 stretch extender. everlast's is only $6 today at amazon the other thing is for around $12 everlast has a rowing action exerciser that comes with a DVD. Part goes under your feet so I don't know if you could use it with your foot problem. Because you are rowing it is building arm muscle. I bought my about a year ago it didn't come with the DVD.

Hey! I used to live on Seventh Street by Lion's Park!!!! 8-)

I was wondering about that Regular status thing, I seem to have lost mine at well. Maybe posting on this thread will give it back to me.

Strive for less sounds like a great plan, I think I'll adopt that too.

trupeach, I think I am opposite of you~ I was born & raised in Ohio & now live in Ga. I assume that you are from Ga cause of your screen name but we all know what happens when we assume, right?

Whoa! That would be awesome to receive that much fabric. I could really use the solids so I am gonna try my best.
