    I think most guys love having a quilt made for them. My brothers just love the quilts i have given to them. Even the one who doesn't take care of anything still has his. They seem to appreciate the work that went into it and the loving thoughts that went into making it.

    I so agree with you. I make a lot of Quilts for Kids, and also for Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. I know they are cherished and that is enough for me. I have a good feeling while I am making them and that I know some little kid will know a "stranger" cared enough to make something just for him or her.
