I know that Quilt Pro used to and maybe still does let you download a 30 day version to play with;for anyone wanting to check them out verses EQ

I do use Layer 1. I do color them in before setting them in the Sketchbook, but they show up as blank. But after reading this post I remembered I wasn't coloring in the whole block. I typically use a red, black, and white scheme when designing quilts and I didn't color in the parts I wanted white. So I thought maybe I'm thinking "white", but the program is seeing "blank". So I colored in the white parts.

Still didn't solve my problem. The blocks are still going in blank and I still can't set them into the quilt.
ok, when you use the set block icon and your blank blocks come up, do you then use the arrow to move the colored selection to the right to see all of your colorings?

Ah ha! There we go! Colorings came up and they set right in row.

EQ5 is still my fave of all the EQ programs...6 was the pits..

if you need a set of books,(they are EQ6) let me know, I have a full set of all four of the books brand new unused for $55.00.
