have had plugs in tear ducts that didn't stay.
another wanted to "burn" tear ducts shut...not for me.

right when I remove them it starts up.

I have Sjogrens with severe dry eyes. Have you seen an opthalmologist? Do you have any other symptoms such as dry mouth, dry, itchy skin, joint pain, swollen salivary or parotid glands?...These do not have to be all at once - but a history of. If so, ask for a consult to a rheumatologist. Does he have you on any eye drops? Make sure they are preservative free. Also warm soaks to eyes help. Good luck.
