Default messages already read

in the past when a message was already read, it would be a different color. I do not see any difference now. Is there a way of telling which messages that I have already read/

I'll be watching this, also. Some of my change, some don't - don't understand why.

I'm not sure, but I think they are working on it.

The envelope beside the thread closes and goes grey.

Yikes, the pastel colors are killing my eyes. I looked at my gray envelopes, but I have read some of those posts and have not read others that are gray so I don't think that's working quite right yet.

I also find it maddening to have to search for new posts. They don't seem to be in time or date order. I asked this question to admin today, but don't have ananswer yet.

Default Can threads be marked read on the new QB?

Hello! I am learning my way around the new QB. I am struggling with reading and re-reading posts. Is there a way to mark a thread as read? I love to look at the quilt pictures and lots of times I don't read all of the comments. But I forget which ones I have looked at and which I haven't because they don't seem to be identified as my having looked at them? Thanks for your help!!

Default Finding my posts

Hi.
I was wondering if there is a way that I can find my posts? I find it hard to scroll back to find out if anyone responded to my comments/questions etc. I used to get emails but now I don't. How do you keep track of posts.... Thank you

Default If I read a thread or not?

What does the orange envelope mean? How can I tell if I read a thread or looked at it or not? Thanks

I am having a bit of a problem...(i have figured most of it out though), when I try to do a "search" on the home page, the tab goes back to "what's new", and as well, it only shows things posted from today. Where as the old style if i typed in log-cabin, it would show things from today going back a long ways. Also, my e-mails from the message board, alerting me of new topics ... the link goes to a 404 page. It won't take me to the message board. Other than those two things... the new board is not too bad.
