    and i ran across this thread, and i was wrong about the mulitcolor one. my 2 grandson's 8, and ll did 90% of the cutting, sewing and ironing of that quilt. i did set it together for them, and we had it quilted for their parents over xmas break. about 2 weeks, and we got it done, before they went home. but i did make a couple like it, only with diff colors. recognized the colorful heart material in the boys quilt. a grdsn, picked it out off the shelf in my stash, and had to put it in the quilt. nice to have stashes at times like that.
