    Beautiful work, I would stitch in the ditch around the Labyrinth in the center.Then do a tight fill stitch in the cream, this will make the Labyrinth pop out. I would also do a different fill stitch on each of the borders to give them more definition. You can also add another border, maybe cream to make it bigger to please your Mom. Just my thoughts.......

    Beautiful colors!! When I made my queen size I quilted it in channels following the straight lines of the quilt. I can't do feathers that look decent so that was out! Also Mine was for a guy so I wanted to keep it simple .

    Oh, your quilt came up on the screen and it was so beautiful -- definitely blue on the back. Your mom is going so cry she'll be so happy to receive it. What a terrific job you did!
