Thanks, Jan. You are just awesome with your illustrations and explanations. May your surgery and recuperation go smoothly and may your reference book get done without any difficulties! :-)

Once again, thank you, Jan. Good luck and speedy recovery from your surgery. Do your therapy religiously, and you'll be back to quilting in no time at all! The therapy is like magic. My prayers are coming your way.

Jan, your information is always on point. Sure hope your shoulder problems are fixed with the surgery. Be sure to follow orders on pt afterwards. Its painful, and takes time, best of luck to you, and you are in my prayers

I am SO touched by everyone's sweet thoughts and good wishes for the upcoming surgery!! My goodness!! This is such a special place.....if my left hand can't "do" the keyboard for weeks while the right shoulder heals, I shall be in such withdrawal from you all I might need "medication"!

Bonnie Hunter also has an easy method using the Companion Angle Ruler. I believe she may have a video demonstrating her method on You Tube.

Just even up to the next " and then take the two squares and put them together; sew around the outside of the square 1/4" from edge and then cut diagonally and you have quarter square triangles. You can see this on M* through You Tube. Great tutorial. I didn't know your shoulder was hurting. Sorry, my friend. Piece and blessings, Vicki
