finished one of my January ones. took about 3 hrs to bead it, i'm not happy, not enough bling, so back to the drawingboard for the next one. off to the party store tomorrow for my march pc. I need an item I can't find. hopefully they have it. ya gotta think ahead. i'm looking for a platter for my roasted turkeys. whoo'da thought a small turkey platter would be so hard to find!!!! off to the party store for that too tomorrow. maybe I should just concentrate on Christmas pc's. i'm gonna take a break till tomorrow. have fun everybody

I so want to join but have tons I already am doing. Hoping to finish some things up tomorrow and Monday. Once those are mailed then just maybe Ill join in. Ill let you know. When you say we can pick a theme does it have to be a holiday or could it just be a certain animal or such? I love my cows.

I am on the fence but may join just to have the opportunity of maybe getting one of Lynnies turkeys! I love the holidays and it sounds like such a fun pin cushion. I just have to find something that I feel like I can make and be proud of and won't overwhelm the sewing load.

Ok, mdall and Jamim, you have time to make one pincushion, I know you do! We all have our plates full of stuff to do especially this time of year, but always room for one more little project .... right? Come on, join the fun!

oh good Mary, can't wait to see what you come up with. My first turkey took awhile to make, I had to make a pattern and all that good stuff.wasn't quite sure about the size, so I just winged it. the second one took about 1 1/2 hrs, that included the stuffing which we all know takes time thru that little hole and all. Mdall and jamin, just wing it, all the time it takes to make up a good excuse you could be making one. even just 10 minutes a day, at the end of the week it's done. really it is. so come and join us,,,please.
