I have the 12X18 and love it. It is such a time saver.

I have the larger June Tailor and love it for cutting jelly strips and charms. But mine cracked in the center, and I have it now duct taped together so I can still use it. If they redesign it a bit I will buy a replacement. I also have the Stripology and HATE it. It is way too easy to miscut because the markings are so hard to tell apart. If she had designed it with 2 different color markings it would be much easier to use. I also don't like to have to fold my fabric twice to use it. This makes for more of a chance of crooked cuts.

I have two of hers. The large one has slots every half inch and I easily mark the slots I'm cutting with a small piece of green frog tape. This allows me to cut the correct size I need. Found a small June Taylor made for log cabin strips at Tuesday Mornings for less than $8....haven't use it yet but I'm sure I will love it too.

I use the 12x12 and it's perfect. I actually have two of these, bought on sale at Joann's. I think this ruler is perfect.

I have three or four June Taylor rulers and use them all. The ones I use most often are the 12" and the Square Up.

The ruler has two different color markings, white and black.

I love my 12x12 Shape cut ruler, it's my "go to" ruler. I found a 12x18 shape cut at a thrift store, for $3 but didn't really like it, so I sold it to a friend for what I paid for it.

There's always a smart aleck in every crowd. Technically I don't believe black or white are considered colors.
