I had a pleasant experience with them ,also.I have a pair of the Fiskars spring type sewing scissors, and the spring broke (after about 10 years).I contacted them to buy another spring. They sent me a package of 4, @ no charge. Love this company.

I just bought a new pair of Ginghers and the instructions say if they need repair to send them to Fiskers. Do they now make Ginghers?
