    Saw on Pinterest- put potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes, then plunge into ice water for 10 minutes, then just rub the skins off.

    General note to readers: Please dont feed raw potato peelings to chickens. It is one of the few foods they cannot digest. Cooked ones, like you do, are ok.
