Weight watchers program

Congratulations Moonrise, they look small but they are made up of real serving sizes
That is why it is so important to weigh and/or measure when you are starting.

They're $2.50 - $3.00 each here. The Michelina's brand is just $.99, and some of them have similar points as the Smart Ones. I particularly like the Michelina's Lean Gourmet lasagna.26.8 pounds down as of Monday.

My hat is off to you Sewingsuz for sticking with the program. What was the biggest change compared to what you were doing?

P.S. You too moonrise. I just keep gaining, but I have no will power either.

The biggest changes for me have been portion sizes and cutting out most sweets. I still eat restaurant food sometimes on weekends, but I stick with grilled chicken.
Edit: The hardest part is having a DH who can eat anything he wants. Cooking his supper during the week, and him getting a big ol' juicy cheeseburger on weekends, sure makes things interesting! LOL!

I'm eating a few of the Smart Ones meals, but they're crazy expensive for such a small amount of food.
