Does anyone know are they in a bad weather area?

They are located near Austin which they are saying on the news is the worst hit area. They are usually real good with shipping. Also there are very few deliveries etc. in Texas right now.

I belong to a FB group that focuses on Fatquarter Shop projects and videos. Someone asked the other day how they were doing in the storm, etc., and they responded that they had not been able to even get to their shop to check on it. Hoping they don't find broken water pipes, flooding damage when they get there. The shop has so much to offer in addition to fabric and patterns.

I have ordered from them and my items took about 3 weeks to get here. I think they are under staffed because of this COVID and also the weather in Texas may be hindering your order.

I have a friend in Texas who shared with me that they had no internet for 4 days...I couldn’t reach her on her cell phone, either so cell towers are impacted. This is likely why they haven’t responded to your email/phone calls. This is not their norm.. hang tight..

I placed an order on Feb 3rd. Before the storm hit I sent an email to check on my order. Heard back about a week later, late last week. They must be short handed, and then the storm hit us. I'm in Arlington, TX (between Dallas and Fort Worth) so i empathize with them. Thankfully, i got up this morning and it is all melted. I am blessed that we never lost power and only lost water for one night. Several of my coworkers lost both for days!

I have purchased from Fat Quarter Shop before and received excellent service so I definitely don't hold this against them. The email i received was very apologetic and reassured me they will fulfill orders ASAP. So hang in there!

I have and just ordered from them last week. They had a message on there that they were shipping later than usual. I don’t think everyone has recovered from the restrictions with COVID and then the storm that hit them last week. A lot of people in my area are struggling to get water and the stores are empty. We have been over six days without, USPS, UPS, and FEDEX delivery. I am in Mississippi.

For the past6 months they have been very slow in shipping orders. I have place 4 orders and all of them have taken 2-4 weeks to ship. They tell me they are running with very low staff due to COVID. I am sure the recent storms caused further delays.
