We have a mini-schnauzer named Zoe and I adore her :) She is the most loyal dog I have ever had and they are super smart and can be trained to do just about anything-enjoy your new baby :)

I was always a cat person...kept one all the time. Never had a dog till DH said OK to Missy. OK, I STILL love the kitties too, that has not changed one bit, OK? BUT, I have become a dog person too. It is possible to convert...or join BOTH camps. I would never have believed this could have occurred. Guess this old dog learned a new trick or two? LOL!
The schnauzer personality is just wonderful. Like you said...intelligent and try so to please. This little gal is very different in personality from Missy...but they do each have that schnauzer-attitude thing going on. I love it. They -are- willing to obey, and try very hard to do everything -plus- to please, buuuuut, they do also reserve the right say NO (only if there is a -very- good reason). Kinda like me! (Ummmm....maybe all we ladies?)

I WANT to post a picture...but, HELP! My 5 year old granddaughter taught me how to take our picture on my (apple) computer's Photo Booth...and how to email the picture. BUT she is out of state again, back home. I do NOT know how to post it here (from there). Any willing instructors out there? I'd even post in my little picture square thing-ie where my name, etc. appears on left of page...but need tutoring. I'm ashamed...but it will not improve unless I humble myself and ask for help...right? I'll be back later today...maybe there will be some kind soul willing to help me get my doggie-gal's picture on here. THANKS IN ADVANCE for ANY help!

Your Missy wouldn't want you to feel sad and alone. She will scoot over and make a place in your heart for a new puppy. My hubby too had a hard time when one of our dogs passed on. Big hugs.
