Good morning all. Thank you for commentson me getting better with my back. It still hurts and I'm using meds and Ben Gay constantly. Need to put my SP package together this weekend so it may go out on Monday. My SP doesn't post much here so I hope she does when she receives it. Can't wait to see what everyone will be receiving. Everyone have a great day and keep hydrated!

Why does it seem to be hard to find bright yellow buttons? I like adding buttons to my purses when I make them. Sometimes as decor only. I remember playing in my mom's button tin as a child. It would entertain me for hours. She had a hugh tin like you get cookies in at christmas. It must have had a thousand buttons in it. She always cut them off clothing before getting rid of them.Aww great memories.Have a good day.Mary

Boy am I right there with you on the back thing.

Tuesday night I go up in the middle of the night to
go potty. Afterwards went to get a glass of tea and
at some point I "twisted" wrong and sent my back
into pain and spasms. Went back to bed and got up
Wednesday morning barely able to move but I was
    up and about anyways.

I spent almost the WHOLE day at my embroidery machine
that night I went to bed to "relax" went to get up and couldn't
move the pain was worse than ANYTHING I had ever felt in my
life. It was so bad that my hubs almost had to carry me to the
    restroom.

Yesterday was somewhat better, but still pretty painful.

Since our trip to the cabin was canceled I decided that
I would come to work today, I just hope to make it all
    day.

I have several things "gathered" up for my SP was hoping
to be able to mail it this week, but the back issue changed
    those plans.

HOPEFULLY it will be in the mail BY Tuesday.

Lady Bug I love your buttons. I used to have a lot of old ones but I sold them to a dealer years ago. I do still have a tin that once held almonds..it is round (about 8" across the top and 6 " deep) It is full but not a lot of special ones. My grandmother always cut buttons off of clothes..such lovely memories. I hope we get to see a lot of swap pictures on here. I wish I had put a note in the package I sent .. I only recently found all of the threads here. I kept an eye out for the swap but after I sent my PM I didn't read it anymore...I certainly keep up with it now!

Clue for today: Door to door is 740.89 miles...should get there by Saturday I think! Buttons were not on her list but she loves ORANGE!

My poor SP will have to be patient... I am away from home and won't be able to put together her package for a few more days. We are planning to get home on Monday (7/9). I did buy something for her while here in PA... She and I have some things in common, but in other areas we are VERY different, lol.

I've seen a hint or two that I think fit me pretty well, but am not sure just yet. Whoever does have me should not stress, I'm really fairly easy to please. I just like the fun of it and sending someone else some goodies.

Heat... BLECK!!! While it's in the low-90's @ home, it's in the upper 90's here, with over 100 forecast for tomorrow when DD has a barbeque planned. I've already told her that I will be staying inside in the AC. Not to be rude, but at this age/stage, heat is NOT my friend!

Dear SP, I mailed your pkg off today. HINTS: your zip code adds up to 22, it's hot there, the sun shines there, you like the fabric I hate, you don't have any fur babies, you don't have an embroidery machine and you don't collect anything. I think that's enough hints for now! Be on the look out!
