At first I thought it was a Wilcox & Gibbs, and it's nice to see one with the wing nut in place. But the labels say "New Home".
So what am I missing??

I'm glad that house pic made you all laugh. :-) It's the William Livingstone House, a famous Detroit ruin. http://detroit1701.psc.isr.umich.edu...20Mansion.html The front fell off of it and what was left has been demolished. The problem was they moved it from it's original lot and stone foundation to a different lot with an inadequate concrete block foundatoin, so it slumped and crumbled.

It was a real nice piece and well worth the $2976 until the check bounced and her husband threw the whole thing against the garage wall in a fit of rage...
