At first I thought it was a Wilcox & Gibbs, and it's nice to see one with the wing nut in place. But the labels say "New Home".
So what am I missing??

The problem was they moved it from it's original lot and stone foundation to a different lot with an inadequate concrete block foundatoin, so it slumped and crumbled.
