except...mine didn't say "Dear Thomas", whoever he was... :D

Obviously they are truly concerned about our opinions.

I sent an email also and got the same canned response. Like you I felt better just letting them know what I thought.

I'm sending them a written letter by snail mail. They don't show an email address on their website to contact them.

DuBois, PA and Clearfield, PA Hope they both continue to carry fabric ad this is a very rural area with NO fabric in either of these towns.
