That is so cool. The haberdasher. What all do they sell. You know us Yanks have a whole different language. You would probably be lost in Texas. I have to tell you all this. A dear little old lady I knew from Texas, son came home to see her in the hospital. After he left home he moved to London. Lived there for years (English wife). We were all at the hospital & he came down the hall looking dismayed. Seems the sweets machine took all his shillings. Everyone looked at him like he was crazy, having no ideal what he was talking about. One thing for sure, sewing is a universal language.

OMG ya'll want guess what i did! "WHAT?" ya'll say! ok so i was ironing along trying to get all the applique stuff ready to cut out! and something was not right so i turned to get more fabric to iron and thats when i realized that i was using interfacing and NOT applique adhesive! AAAAGGGRRR so i had to start over and now im like a week behind!!! I was so excited cause i thought i was about done too!

Jamh, don't feel too badly. I kept trying to figure out why I couldn't get one of my pieces to stick even though I'd ironed it over and over. Turns out you have to peel off the paper!
