I've got one block done and ready to go home and am almost done with the second one. My pattern (which I made up) turned out 2 1/2 inches short from side to side so am trying to figure out how to fix it without messing up the design. Can't tell what the design is or even what the block looks like 'cause I want it to be a surprise when it gets home to it's mommy.

Thank you for the extra precautions, that is so sweet!!! I sure hope it will arrive safely, and that they all will. Sorry about the postage... :( I taped also but somehow managed to stay just under the UK weight limit for my letters to you - I reckon it was someone's suggestion here to cut off ziplocs that saved me about $30 for extra postage for the 35 letters!

I'm already waiting impatiently for the postman today... although I know it's much too soon to expect anything you people are sending over my way.

Okay..I got some of my F8's in the mail today from:

ReRe, Reneebobby, Jetnica, Tink121272, Hoppyfrog & Oatw13.

It was pretty funny because my daughter called me at work and said that I'm a pretty popular girl today. I asked her why? And she said because you got 6 envelopes in the mail today. So I asked her if they felt squishy? And she said "Yes". I was so excited to get home and see the fabric's.
