Hand raised in the air, I have three grandsons. I'm waiting for a granddaughter and told my youngest son who is 26 that the chore will be in his hands to produce a daughter. Since he's not offically engaged yet, do you think that will put pressure on them ;-)

I too have grand children. Aren't they great! If I had known they were so much fun I would have had them first! Oh by the way I have 10 great grand children they diffidently would have been first.

i have 2 grandsons, Julian who is 8 and Jadenwho is 5 1/2. I made them both baby quilts when they were babies. I suppose it's time to make them bigger ones. Love those little guys to pieces.

I have 17: 5 girls, 10 boys. No greats yet, the oldest is 15, so I'm hoping at least 10 years...or 5 years more realistically... before I see a great grand child. Every one wants a quilt for Christmas! But I think only the 2 youngest this year. The youngest is only 1 month old! If I had known how fun grandkids are, I would have had them first!

I have 10 wonderful grandchildren, 7 granddaughters and 3 grandsons, the oldest 26 and the youngest 5! I love sewing for them and now am into making quilts for them. I am just finishing a log cabin extra long twin quilt for the granddaughter in college! She picked the colors for this one and the joint effort was so much fun for her as well as for me!
