Can you post it again, or tell me what page to find it?

Now, I slice in half (frozen or fresh) put on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with kosher salt, coarsely ground black pepper and fresh chives (I grow my own herbs). Spritz with olive oil and broil until the edges brown-they are delicious. Also, this works well with asparagus-broil just until the green color changes and the spears are still crunchy!

I heat oil in a pan til is is smoking hot then dump in either brussel sprouts, asparagus or broccoli. You can't have them all crowded together. let them for about a few minute then flip the over for another minute or 2. they get charred and yummy.

Just popping in to say hello. Something has blown into my corner of Texas, weather service says no ice, but we have rain and temps will drop to 27 this afternoon. There will definitely be some slick spots! We've been asked to conserve electricity again.
And I am experiencing the mild stuff compared to other areas.
Be warm and safe!

OK Rae.......I will set another place at the table for you. What are you about an hour and 1/2 away from me? However that was last nights dinner. Tonight I am thinking about making a cauliflower quiche.
This afternoon I am going to play around and see if I could come up with a low cal chocolate mousse recipe. If I do I will post it later. I should write a cookbook.
